Government Suggestions

Uniforms :
Inside the Locker theres Uniforms, You can pick through all the
Ranks Uniforms which I think is Great, But I think there should
be another Option thats "Other" And you have to put in a Skin ID
To get it, Eg.:
/se > Uniforms > Other > 240

Weapons/Equipment :
In the Locker you can only get "A Deagle, Shotgun, MP5, and
Rifle", However I think it should have more guns Like an M4A1 or
AK47 and everything like that, Eg.:
/se > Equipment > M4A1

Tax :
I've noticed if you're a R3+ that you can /taxwithdraw which I
think May be abused, So I was wondering if you could set it so
only R5s and R6s can Take money out of the Tax to Pay Factions,
Doesn't need an Eg.: :S

Government Badges :
All other Factions have a /badge so why not Government? I'm not
sure what colour it should be so you can pick but :P, I'm
guessing a Grey-ish Colour but :).
