Skunk rune still exists, so if she gets that, would she be
saved? I feel like it probably would since poison takes that
extra night.

If there are two mafia, and we mislynch anyone, we lose
regardless.
If there's one mafia, and we mislynch someone besides esfb, we
only win if she is mafia.
If there's one mafia, and we mislynch esfb, we are still in it.
Thus, if we are most sure of esfb, it makes sense to go for her.
There's no one we are more sure of if there are two mafia, so we
have to go for her in that case. If there's one mafia, we might
as well lynch her.
This is all assuming she would die from poison. If she would
not, then we should lynch her because we think she is mafia.
As long as we think she is mafia, we should lynch her today. If
we want to wait to discuss and question other people, that makes
some sense.

So, if we're playing the one mafia game, we get two chances, the
once when we lynch someone that isn't ES4B, and the second when
she dies from poison.
If we're playing the two mafia game, we don't get a mislynch
chance, but we could target both mafia in one fell swoop which
would feel oh so cool.

So, as I explain again, I would like to lynch you.
From my point of view, ranch and GU have been inactive and did
not input night actions. That leaves only you and ES4B besides
me alive to have possibly submitted them. I know all I did was
poison ES4B (and didn't get a rune today, by the way) so the
safest course of action to cover my bases would be to have you
lynched and ES4B submit to poison.
