Rules question- twilight actions resolve at the end of twilight
phase, right? Meaning we get an hour to talk while night actions
can't be changed?

Twilight actions resolve at the end of Twilight. There will be
an hour (or however much time if the day was ended early) to
discuss while actions cannot be changed. All discussion is fine
barring modkillable offenses; it is essentially day without
votes.
Mafia night kills follow the same rules as all night actions and
cannot be changed at that time either.

It may be relevant if I or other townies intend to role claim.
It can be done during the last hour of twilight to get your say
in even if you will be killed that night, and mafia cannot at
that point switch targets to you.

@Mod: can the two missing players start playing when they are
not registered on this website? If either or both of them are
mafia, I guess they can discuss outside the game and send you
their actions?
