       Hello Excisioniers my name is Brewer. I have about 5 years of
       rsps experience and hope to quickly build up my rep here. I have
       been a mod on 4 servers and an admin on 2. I have also been a
       player supporter. Once i get the hang of this server i will be
       more than glad to help anyone as my pm is always open to
       questions. Can't wait for the server to be back up to start
       playing
