       UNIZIK Admissions 2013: Special Notice To All Prospective Studen

       We gathered some important updates regarding the Nnamdi Azikiwe
       University Awka (UNIZIK) on Sunday, August 25th, 2013 please
       read below.
       "Dear Prospective Candidates, as you await the release of the
       2013/2014 UNIZIK admission lists which shall soon be available
       online, kindly note the following:
       1. The only factor that can guarantee your admission is
       satisfying the Federal Government admission requirements for
       Merit, Catchment and citizenship of educationdisadvantaged
       states.
       2. Therefore no proffessor, lecturer or staff isempowered to
       give you admission. If you give money to anybody for such
       purpose, you did so at your own risk and you are on your own.
       Only JAMB is empowered to grant all regular undergraduate
       admissions in Nigeria.
       3. Many candidates denied themselves admission the day they
       registered their UTME.The choice of institution, course and
       subject combination you made that day is the prime factor that
       determines your admission.
       4. In case you fall among the unlucky ones this year, next year
       prefer only the institutions and courses that your brain
       capacity can be friendly with. If you know that you can't made
       high scores both in UTME and Post-UTME, there is no need to
       prefer federal universities and highly competitive courses.
       5. If you are from education advantaged states such as Anambra,
       Imo, Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo, kindly note that if you must be
       admitted, you must perform far better than candidates of other
       states even if you prefered a university located in your home
       state. Therefore, extra effort and performance is expected from
       you.
       6. If after the admission lists are uploaded onboth UNIZIK and
       JAMB websites, you checked yours on the university's website and
       was prompted that you have been admitted but was unable to print
       your admission letter from JAMB website because your data was
       not uploaded by the board (JAMB), kindly visitthe UNIZIK
       admission office located at the administrative block of the
       institution to alertthem. This is because your admission remains
       INVALID until JAMB issues you an admission letter through their
       website.
