       Sheu Of Borno Becomes NDU Chancellor

       The Sheu of Borno, Alhaji Abubakar Ibn-Umar, has been appointed
       as the new Chancellor of Niger Delta University, Wilberforce
       Island, Bayelsa State.
       His appointment was approved by the state Governor and Visitor
