Tłumaczenie, moim zdaniem, ogólnie dobre ale chciałbym
zwrócić uwage na poniższe kwestie:
- chyba raczej powiemy 'railway infrastructure' niż 'train
infrastructure'
- w tym fragmencie 'the Polish State Railways’ (PKP) Head Office
in Warsaw' użycie apostrofu po Railways wydaje mi się
błędem może zatem opóścić apostrof lub
użyć 'of' - The Head Office of the Polish State
Railways in Warsaw,
- zwrot 'but he ignores us and refuses to reply' jest wierny
oryginalnej wersji ale Jasper użył tutaj bardzo
ładnego i krótkiego angielskiego odpowiednika z 'bother' -
seems not to be bothered,
- zwrot 'the manner the high ranking officials are handling this
case' wydaje mi się niepoprawny, powinno być raczej
'the manner [in which] the high ranking officials are handling
this case',
- również zdanie 'The residents of Bobrowniki and
Ożarowice municipalities have published their concerns in
the press' nie jest dokładnym tłumaczeniem fragmentu
'[dostarczamy wam] skargę mieszkańców Bobrownik w
różnych czasopismach'.
