Towards the end it doesn't quite match up as well as the
beginning and the upper lip deforms a lot with the shifting of
blendshapes. There are some pretty believable parts, notably
when he says "sid". I do like that you moved the head and ears.

Lip syncing is nearly perfect. I would suggest slowing it down
in just the slightest way.
