I like the sync the animation has on the audio, just needs some
head movement to improve life.

There's one phoneme that stretches the mouth a little too
unnaturally. If his eyes were open or blinked that would make it
more realistic. Great work otherwise!

The mouth was synced with the audio well, just needed to reduce
the deformations a bit and add emotion to the rest of the face.
but overall good job

Some of your Phonemes are stange even though they dont show that
much in the video and lips are good but a little
off..................................It needs something when the
other guys talks.
