The lips are really nice and each sound seems to match up well
but the bottom of the jaw needs to move a bit more.

I can see the lips making the appropriate shapes for the sounds
but they are moving at an incredibly unnatural pace, making them
not as in sync with the audio. Maybe open the mouth up a bit
more to exaggerate. Adding eye and head movements wouldn't hurt
either.

I like the movement and shapes of the lips, add movement to the
jaw though to make it look more realistic.

I wish there was movement in the head and eyebrows but the
coloring on the head is nice

I really like the theme that your conveys, them being like a
statue. That said the over animation could have benefited from
some slight head movements but it turned out really well
