you linked the same video the backflip is pretty good however
the neck is bothering me a little and the walk in cirlcle can
use some work! :)

The flipped is really good. Like it looks smooth, and is a back
flip. The circle isn't really a cirlce he just looks at a wall
and is like meh. But the flip is the best part.

Good pacing and weight on your flip! The walk is jittery and can
look more real by giving each control the same amount of
attention you gave them in the flip.

Your backflip was really well executed, however the walk cycle
seems a bit short and jittery. It has all the movements, it just
lacks a bit of flow.
