       Ooo nice, reminds me of something out of Tim Burton films. There
       appears to be some strange geometry around the hip area that may
       make animating this character difficult. Also the background
       distracts from the character in the video.
       In terms of design, it may be a good idea to consider symbolism
       in your designs. This character seems to be going for "creepy"
       appeal, but for what purpose? The head and feet are reminiscent
       of birds, but what point is the design trying to make?
       Considering such points may help improve the quality of your
       future designs.
