Animation History Early Render

Early still of our Animation History project, made by Dylan,
Jordan, Grant (who hosted the image), and Elijah.
The style we're basing it on is that of a dark 90's anime film,
like Akira or Ghost In The Shell.

For those second years who recognize the character from last
year, this is what he was actually intended to be used for
(we're not being lazy, I promise. It's a new rig and
everything).

I guess setting, theme, mood are going well in this project. I
don't know what to say about the models as its in the dark. It
looks great for a intense scene like cloverfield the movie in
the subway. But I can't say much as there is no 3-point lighting
to know the character or location. So have more lights in the
final product I could point out for you. :(

Looks really good, but I think that hiding parts of the model
allows you to guess at what the whole looks like, adding to the
drama of the scene. It's a little unbalanced because the wall
isn't prominent enough to counter the visual weight of the
motorcycle and the guy on it. In addition, you might want to
consider replacing the model's location. Using the rule of
thirds, the main center of attention is on the motorcycle,
instead of on the person (which you probably want the attention
to be).
