There isn't much of a correlation between the sizes of your
objects, like the wooden toy train seems to be too big when
compared to the fishing pole. The lighting is good, and the
color of the wall and floor works well with your objects, but
the pattern is stretched out, making it seem unrealistic. The
texture on the wall and floor could've been two different
textures to add differentiation and to make the scene look more
like a room.

I think the relative sizing is a bit off, and the background
needs more texturing to make the image feel complete. The
textures are very well done and you have quite a handle on UVing
and texturing. If you add some more dynamic lighting and maybe
resize your objects, the image will turn out a lot better.
