The rug is so beautiful but the back wall looks a little
strange. Is it the same texture as the surrounding walls?

Textures on walls, carpet, pillars, etc. are fairly decent. Only
recommendation I give is try to even the main light with the
main light source. (The window I presume) All in all good job. -

My only problem with this is the lighting. It shows that the
overhead light is where the light source is. But the shadows
suggest that the light is coming from the window.

I love how, unlike others, you chose to actually light the room
with the use of the hanging lamp along with adding a rug! The
only thing I'd recommend is choosing a more subtle wallpaper for
the walls, so that all the textures don't pull away focus from
the focal point. Otherwise, great job!

The texturing is great, however I don't get a "spooky" feeling
from this.
