Spoopy Hallway

My hallway is based off of the thought of going into an
abandoned house and seeing nothing but pitch black. You hold a
flashlight in hand and can only see what the light from the
flashlight and moon outside shines on.

I really like how the dim light brings the focus toward the
center

Better haunted hallway than mine was last year. The blood on the
floor was a good idea, I like that you also used a different
camera angle then the one provided. The wooden textures on the
stairs and the stone texture on the pillar are really good.
There are a few minor things that catch my eye, the wall texture
you use is the wrong size, it feels to close up, I would
recommend lowering it down. I can see the top of one of the
pillars so making that longer would be a good idea so that it
appears it is connected to something. Lastly the moonlight
bothers me mainly because the light going upwards at the top of
the window. Besides that you did a good job on your hallway.
Keep up the good work.

The way that it is made is actually really cool, it looks like
the start of a really intense horror game. The one thing I
noticed was that the shadows on the polls are going the wrong
direction at least it looks like they are. But the way the blood
is on the floor and with the color of the wood makes it look
more realistic. Also, the fact that its night time and someone
could either be exploring this abandon church or being dragged
into a torture room for death is really cool. You really brought
the spoopy back into the hall. ::)

I really like the lighting coming in through the window, it
looks like it's foggy outside. :D

All in all, it is a very good scene. I like the flashlight
effect and the darkness on the sides makes you wonder if there
is anything in them. The blood is a good idea. But without a
body, maybe add a few more blood spots going somewhere or even a
trail of blood to show as if a body was being dragged.

I like your choice in lighting. Your bump map texture for your
walls feels too big.
