What I like about it:
What I like about this animation is how smooth this entire
process was for me, I'll have to admit: it was difficult with
this at the beginning but moving the face to make the
expressions then just taking steps instead of doing things all
at once made this project enjoyable.
What I dislike about it:
The blinking overlapped, blinking is slow at end, and the mouth
movement had to be quick to match the voice. There is no "R"
movement for the mouth at the end.

It's really expressive, which is a huge plus, I like how the
body parts like the ears move, the eyebrows are off sync, but
that's ok. I rate it a 9 out of 10. here's a picture of a dog.
Scratch that, the websites keep getting blocked, so just imagine
a dog here.

I Did like how you made the ears move while the head was moving.
the only concern I have is that all the movements move a bit too
quickly. Other than that, Great work. ;)

really expressive and nicely well made just a few issues on the
eyes that I can see but that's about it.

try adding separate eyelids so that the whole face isn't moving
when he blinks and make smoother eye transitions.
