I like how you had his eyes blinking and have a kind of a twitch
but the lip sync needs a bit of work.

I think that some head movement, eyebrow, and ear movements
could really help your animation! Also some of the lip sync
seems like it's a bit off, for example when the character says
"Sid" it look like only the middle of lips are pursed it looks
more like an "oo" sound. I think going over your phonemes could
be really useful.

Adding some head and ear movement would be really be useful. I
cant say much about the lip sync as the video is small, but I
will go with what the previous two said about it.
