Backflip issue.

So, I'm working on my backflip and once the model goes full
upside down and i go to position his legs higher up so they meet
where the legs in the reference meet, they flip upside down for
whatever reason. Sorry, I have trouble explaining this sort of
thing.
also, the timeline for animating I set to around 110 for my
backflip, but the thing that makes it longer isn't there. It's
blank and on the left it says Python.
Please help. :(

Hey, make sure that the pole vector for the
leg (the control that moves your knee) is infront of the knee.
Like so -

P.S. Sorry for the bad reference.

For this go to Window > Settings/Preferences
> Preferences > UI Elements. Make sure Time Slider and Range
Slider are ticked on.
Also, if you're wondering why it says python, that area is where
you can input commands through code. The programming language is
set to Python in this instance but you can switch it back to Mel
by clicking the word itself. More info here.

thanks pal. Before this, I didn't know what the knee controls
were for. And now I can work on it at home because I know how to
fix the timeline.
Thanks.
