Walking in a circle project

For this project, are we going to have some more notes as to the
different parts of it, or do we just apply what we learned from
the walking tutorial and just go from there?

Apply the same stuff you learned from walking in a straight line
to the walking in the circle assignment. It's basically the same
thing only... as you walk, you're throwing yourself forward and
catching yourself with your feet. There's a video on the server
of a guy walking in a circle that you can import into Maya and
use as a reference :3

Ok. I had an idea that I will be using on mine that I think will
help some other people get the circular movement:
1: I made 3 Polygon Cylinders.
2: I lower each of them so that they are not right on top of
each other.
3: I parented 1 to the god control, 1 to the left foot control,
and 1 to the right foot control.
4: I would use them to get the rotations for my body.
5: After I finish using them, I will just unparent each of them,
then delete the cylinders.
6: I will then parent back the controls how they were before I
unparented them.
I have tested this, (parenting them back together), and it
seemed to work fine. Hope it works for other people too.

That is what they look like in maya for me. it seems to work,
but i will be experimenting a bit more and will let you know if
it decides to not work for me. i'm going to continue making mine
this way, and am just going to save a lot.

Disregard this entire topic plz, it was apparently incorrect.
but you can still use the cylinder planes for reference for the
movement, but just don't parent it to the character.
