Practice Walking Animation

the upper body and arms feel a bit too stiff, give them some
more motion and add in a bot more fluidity to the motions.

some issues with the movement of the arms that I'm currently
working on fixing. I also plan to re-rig him with a more
advanced rig to give more control and possibly some face
control. Who knows, I might even give him a basic muscle system
if I have time.[/font]
