Duplicate Finger and Foot Rolls?

Is there an easy way to get the finger and foot rolls from my
left side to go on the right side of my rigg without just
redoing them on the right side?

[font=comic sans ms]As far as I've read there is no way to dupe
the rolls. This repeating is good anyway because it helps you
remember how to do the rolls in future rigs. :)[/font]

What if I put my finger and foot rolls on my skeleton before I
mirror it? Would it mirror over the rolls?

I'm sorry but in Maya 2014 this isn't something that can be
skipped so easily, you just have to put in the time. I can't
speak for later versions of Maya though.
