It's clear you have a talent for drawing, my friend! But that's
besides the point.
The model is well done. I think some of the proportions on the
body are off, like Ms. Grantham said, this sort of thing
requires research and practice, but I don't doubt you'll get it
fairly quickly.
Also, I can understand hair is pretty difficult, but you handled
it well, especially for what seems like your first time.

First off, I love the character design, she's very unique and
she stands out from the rest. The color selection is well
contrasted, while not being anything crazy.
From what I'm seeing, the model itself shows that you spent a
lot of time, and injected a lot of effort into it. Really the
only problems I see are the proportions, mostly the leg
proportions. In my opinion, the thighs and legs overall seem
odd, but this can be easily fixed with a bit more muscle
structure and anatomy study, kinda like what Ian has said
already.
Wonderful job, Mariah! I love your artwork too. Keep it up. (:
