2nd Year Project - Nick Lowry

Hello everyone, I hope all of your projects turned out well. For
mine, I re-created an AE86 drifting car, giving it a "Mad Max"
style.
I have two sets of pictures, one set of renders and one set of
Maya screenshots. The screenshots have a pitch black texture on
the metal parts, so just know that they are supposed to be
chrome when they are rendered out. I couldn't include all the
pictures of the car on here, so the full album of can be found
here:

Here are some renders:

And here are some screen shots from Maya:

I feel like I did really well on this project, and I really like
the way it turned out. If I had more time though, I would have
wanted to add much more to the interior of the car, and had more
textures and maybe even a normal map for the harpoon guns and
metal.
What are your thoughts? Let me know!

Nice work, Nick. I'm particularly fond of the way you've
distressed the areas around the door and window areas. However
there's not really any detail separating the door from the rest
of the form.
I would really like to see a wire-frame of this as you haven't
provided one here or in the gallery link.
Awesome work and way to get it in early! :)

I like the rust on the car makes it seem more real.
