I've been thinking along similar lines, Slowcoach. I'm keen to
make another visit to Krystal, but I'm not sure whether to
chance another caning, much as I enjoyed the last one. ;) Can I
keep my backside out of sight for a couple of weeks again, or
have I managed to toughen it up a bit so the marks won't last as
long?
The problems us spankees have!

Good to hear from you, Jon.
It is a real dilemma and only very recently a pro contacted me
from far afield (too far) and suggested that hitting (with a
cane?) on soles of feet and palms of hands (very hard to bruise)
would obviate bruising. I don't really fancy being hit in these
areas, do you?
I don't think it is just the cane causing problems. I had black
and blue bruising from instruments before we ever got to the
cane and this appeared to do no extra damage. It is not cheap to
session with anyone and it can be hellish expensive with some of
these switches/domes who are charging higher prices - then add
in the travel and if you are not careful it can be £200 a go! I
may be mean but I am disinclined to shell out that kind of money
to be tickled with a feather (tie and tease) or to have the
soles of one's feet tapped with a cane.
I am not a macho man or anything like it but we should be able
to session realistically without marring everything by
unnecessary restraints.
I am inclined to bring my backside out into the open again and
to give it another go. You are lucky to have Krystal nearby -
very good value and certainly knows what she is doing so between
you you will solve this. Possibly your backside will take it
better this time. Are you applying
moisturing cream in preparation - this is said to help a great
deal. Hope you liked my role play :))

Hands do have many small bones which can be broken by the cane
it spanker is not careful. Also would not recommend using the
soles of the feet they are very sensitive, or mine are to be
precise.

I cannot see any erotic appeal in caning the hands. Very glad
this was one form of caning which was outlawed in schools. I
always regarded it as dangerous to delicate (and growing) bones.
Feet are certainly more sexy (for some reason) but I'm not
really sure why.

I actually enjoy having my hands strapped and caned. :o I think
the appeal is having to hold my hands still and being able to
watch the spanker aiming and swinging. I agree with Andy about
it being outlawed in schools for the reason he gives. It's
probably not suitable for the older spankee either, as the bones
become more brittle with age.
I'm not sure I'd trust anyone to cane the soles of my feet as it
can be extremely painful and cause damage to the small bones. I
think lightly caning a girl's feet, especially if she were
wearing stockings, would be erotic.
A long time ago, a girl told me she was punished at her (posh)
school by being strapped across the inside of her wrist! Now
that sounds painful and dangerous.

Hmm, yes, in reply to Jon Payne, I can say that one person known
to me still loves the ruler (in small doses as it can be very
painful, I am told). He says that you have to face the person
who is whacking you on the hand and that this is a main
attraction. There could be something in this but I am not sure
that I will try the ruler.
Some are fixing up mirrors so that you can see when being caned
on backside which fits in with the idea of seeing more, I guess
::)
