       Who should take pants/knickers etc down?

       Prompted by a question from Slowcoach.
       Should the one being spanked lift skirt, take down trousers,
       boxers, knickers whatever?
       Or should the one spanking do it?

       It depends:
       If the young lady is over my knee then I will take her knickers
       down.
       If she is bending over a desk, chair, etc. then she will take
       them down.
