I am not sure whether Tara has voted or not but I have voted.
That said, I found this quite difficult and I am not sure that I
got it right :-\
You all know me by now - a bit indecisive sometimes!
This raises a few questions, I think:
Do you prefer being told to take trousers/pants/skirt/knickers
down or do you prefer having someone doing it for you?
Tanya could perhaps put the above question on to a voting button
- I am not very good at IT so not sure how to do this.
Next point: I read the other day that someone said that they
loved the anticipation/build up/preparation and they equally
loved the period after being punished - the relief and feeling
of satisfaction in a way. HOWEVER, they also said that in truth,
they did not actually enjoy the pain of the cane. I reckon that
I could fit into this category. So what I would like to know
from everyone is how they feel about all this. Does anyone
actually enjoy the pain when the cane lands? I think that we
could have quite a useful discussion on this point. Or are the
build up and anticipation plus the after period the best bits
and still worth the painful bit.
Yes, some people enjoy being a sub and it may or may not turn
them on sexually (an interesting question in itelf and if people
are brave enough to say, we might get differing answers
concerning sexual arousal or otherwise) but does anyone honestly
and truthfully enjoy the sensation of the pain itself?

I was half-surprised that not every vote (from the massively
representative sample of 4) was for the actual punishment.
Personally, it's not my vote either. I love the anticipation
(in, say, Headmaster mode) of that timid knock at the door from
an errant pupil. Also the protestations before they reluctantly
go over my knee or desk.

Thanks, Andy so question 1 will now appear in polls. It is a
good question as to who should take the clothing down so please
do vote on this.
Now for the other questions:
1. Is the anticipation period plus the period after the
punishment what makes us as subs/bottoms do this? Or is there
anyone around who can honestly say that they really do enjoy
pain itself. There is, of course, nothing wrong in this but do
people exist who actually like pain?
2. This is a slightly sensitive one but we are a tolerant lot on
here. Does sessioning sexually arose you in visible or perhaps
invisible ways?
There is little doubt that it does arouse very many men, I
think, especially with all those warnings on the pro domme sites
as to how far
men are allowed to go with a climax but are there folk who
do not get visibly sexually aroused by all this? Being male, I
don't know too
much about the ladies (biology lessons were rather primitive
in my school days!) ;D
Whether or not you answer question 2, please answer question 1
