Motives and mentality for Pro Spankees & Switches

I am wondering why so many pros choose to earn their as
spankees. A lot of them don't know who is going to whack them
from one day to the next and they don't know the levels of skill
or otherwise of those who session with them. Do they enjoy being
spanked every day or is it just a way of earning a living?
In the case of spankees who Switch, would it not be easier just
to do topping and become CP specialists?
If someone such as myself (sub only) sessions with a switch are
they likely to be disappointed that they are not getting their
turn at being spanked or are they more likely to think, "That's,
OK, makes it an easier session for me."
There are three questions here (see bold font) and if you prefer
to answer ALL three, that's great or just pick out one if that
is easier.

A very thought-provoking post, Slowcoach, which deserves some
response.
Obviously, I am not a pro switch. :)) I do seem to recall
seeing a post on ITC from Buffy Brown in which she said her
switch rate was only £10 more than her domme rate, which makes
me suspect she is quite happy being frequently spanked. Another
switch and prolific ITC poster, Tara Red, has never, to my
knowledge, posted anything negative about being on the receiving
end. So I reckon this is irrefutable evidence that switches
enjoy being spanked, and it's not just about the money ::) And
yes, my tongue is firmly in my cheek. Only a pro switch could
tell us what her motivation is, and no doubt different girls
will have different motivations.

Yes, it is hard to know their mindsets which must be very
different, I guess. You mention some good examples and both
Tara-Red and Jo Scissons appear to thoroughly enjoy being
whacked. One who definitely does is Leia Woods and she will
think nothing of taking 90 cold as a prelude to her Bottoms Up
parties if one can believe all that one reads. Katharina Krieger
- ITC Mag and Barnet, north London claims to have the hardest
hand in the business and she is reputed to be very good with the
cane, yet she still advertises asking for a good caning herself.
See her latest ad in ITC Mag. I often wonder whether these
switches are a bit disappointed when someone such as myself (sub
only) turns up and I am not able to provide the necessary. On
the other hand, you would think that they were glad to give
their backside a rest!
One great disadvantage of not switching is that it then means
that you get no respite and in the standard hour long session
you get 60 mins of stick! (Literally to some extent!). Not good
for those of us with delicate and tender backsides. My behind is
looking great at the moment so I will be out to play just as
soon as the bank manager (a lady) gives me the go ahead. I will
be seeing her shortly and I will raise the matter - any chance
that if I go to the bank she might close a few minutes early and
then take me back into her room for a brief session - what a
fantasy! Anyone volunteering to dress up as a lady bank
manager? Material for role play here, methinks :))
Incidentally, where the hell is everyone? No Grant/No Krystal -
what's going on? They haven't all sloped off to Kettering
without inviting us, I hope! :))

Are you suggesting Krystal should dress as a bank manager? I
will think about that idea as I hope to visit her soon.

Now, there's a thought, Peter!!!
You might go in to see the lady bank manager (pre-booked
appointment) to ask for a personal loan or extension to your
overdraft.
Unfortunately, you have not been very discrete and the lady bank
manager after picking up some clues indicating spanking tribute
outgoings from your bank statements begins to question you about
all your expenditure. Are you being careful about this and that
in terms of outgoings, she asks? But then come some rather
deeper embarrassing probing questions. At first, you hope to
wriggle out and explain things away but this becomes
increasingly difficult as the in depth examination of your
account and expenditure becomes evermore closely scrutinised.
All the time, the lady bank manager is flashing her legs and
offering slight innuendo with body language. This scares you to
death as an innocent first year student who is still a bit wet
behind the ears and you try to avoid your embarrassment but it
starts to tell on you - you enquire as to the state of the
heating in the bank as it seems increasingly warm to you as she
causes you to sweat up in embarrassment.
Eventually, she asks whether you would be open to some advice in
terms of saving you money. Like the proverbial lamb to the
slaughter you bleat agreement and feeling over-powered and
overwhelmed would never dream of arguing with her. Then much to
your shock and surprise, she pulls a cane out from below the
desk, suggesting that those pro fees can be saved. It is closing
time for the bank and everyone else appears to be departing the
bank and the doors are being pulled shut. Oh! My Goodness!!
You might need some non role play warm up before you try this
one (or a variation thereof) but feel free to try it if you can
persuade Krystal into dressing up as a provocative young lady
bank manager! Someone ought to try this one, methinks! :))

visited Krystal and experienced the next few paragraphs

You know me, as Slowcoach, I always follow rather than leading!!
:))
Where is the good lady anyway?
We need her back before any of us can contemplate anything.
I have a feeling that Krystal does not do lady bank manager role
play and I even heard another rumour that she has given up
caning naughty boys as on reflection she considers it a cruel
and rather archaic way of dealing with them in the 21st century!
Have you or has anyone else heard anything of these rumours???
I cling to hope!

At the end of the day, we can't run the bank without the lady
bank manager >:D
I was hoping that the bank customers would be queuing up to try
out my role play scenario :))
