Spanking parties - love them or hate them?

I've just managed to evade attending a spanking party (at a cost
of £100) because I felt I knew what the host will say, word for
word, I'll know the four or five girls attending (lovely though
they may be), we'll all give each girl 100 spanks on her skirt,
100 spanks on her knickers, 100 spanks on her bare bottom. Then
we'll all do the same with a slipper, then a floppy paddle
thing, then a cane. About the only thing different will be what
the girls are wearing, possibly.
At least two of the guys will fall asleep (I might have been one
of them). A couple of the others will spend most of the time
smoking outside.
The guys will end up with sore hands and aching arms.
Actually, I think I'd prefer to sit back and watch a simple
little playlet that someone has worked out thoughtfully and
carefully and where the players involved know what they're going
to do.
If you think I'm a moaning old wotsit now, just wait til
Christmas!
Seriously, though, I feel too many people are relying on what
they did 20 and 30 years ago as still having appeal. Things move
on.

Yes, a bit more imagination needed really, I guess.
This is a spanking site so we don't stray too much but the CP
specialists often opt for role play, much of which is not very
novel, whereas the Dommes who spread into BDMS (not necessarily
the heavy stuff) often dispense with role play and offer "real
time" or what they call sensuous sessions.
One well known domme has one of the best schoolrooms but given
the chance she will steer you away from this into what she calls
sensuous sessions. I guess that she probably just gets tired of
the same old school room role play. It must be difficult for
spankers of CP specialists to come up with something new and I
agree that spanking parties at £100 a time are hardly something
new!

This is a sad and if I may say so, rather jaundiced view of
parties, or maybe I now tend to go to the better ones which are
slightly more expensive but with 2 to 2.5 girls to each male.
Also they are in private houses and just that little bit more
intimate and have good food supplied.
It can be a good way of meeting girls that are new or new to me
and to meet newbies who are putting their toes in to see if they
want to try a little bit more next time. Not toes really, that's
a different party.
I don't care too much for the bigger venue event which can be a
bit of a shambles and turn into a circus if care is not taken.
I hope that I am able to enjoy these soirees without them
becoming too much the same and I do know that my organisers work
hard to make each party be just that little bit different
without losing the magic of toasting the lovely ladies bottoms
and having a good laugh and a joke with all the people as a
group.
These parties also offer 1 2 1s timed at about 10 mins with
switch sessions for those that do

Hmm, I guess what you are saying, Grant, is that there are
"parties" and "parties". Sounds as if the ones that you
attend/organise are much more imaginative and altogether better
so as you say, dangerous to generalise.

It's an area of my life I just wouldn't want to share with a
load of other blokes, decent chaps that they might be.

Yes, I can go along with those sentiments - many surely
prefer privacy - that is the way I feel about it!

My domestic situation prevents me from being able to attend a
spanking party, unfortunately.
I tend more towards being a bottom, and have only been spanked
in private. I have fantasised about being naked amongst several
women, thereby adding a humiliation aspect, all of whom spank me
in turn. :P

Yes, to make this fully authentic, you just need to make certain
that you sup a few pints whilst undertaking the spanking -
enough to ensure that your other half can smell the beer on your
breath when you return home. A bit of bravado and fantasy here
methinks cos like Jonpayne everyone who has been on this site
for any length of time knows that I am a "bottom" and too scared
to climb out of that position! :))
