[sub]Moiststar lay in the camp, her eyes shut and her stomach
facing the sky, letting herself bathe in warm sunlight. It was a
nice morning, one that she hoped everyone would take for granted
to get lots of prey before leaf bare came. With a yawn she
hauled herself up into a sitting position, and waited for the
cats to wake up.

Nightking was sitting in camp, eyes shut as the sun baked on his
fluffy black fur and the cool morning breeze cooled him off. He
loved doing that, and he did it every morning if he got the
chance.
Stormsoul lay near to his brother, Nightking, stretched out onto
his side and let the sun warm him.
Magmakit bounded across the clearing over to where Moiststar
lay, her eyes full of liveliness.

[sub]Radiokit bounced after his sister, a spring in his step and
his eyes wide and bright. "Magmakit! Magmakit!" he squealed,
aiming to land on her back.

[sub]Dampstar purred as she watched them, lazily flicking her
ear. The sight of kits playing always lightened her mood; she
found it an enlightening thing to see.
Radiokit giggled, rolling onto the turf and looking her with a
watchful eye.

patrols, or shall I?" the leader questioned the deputy, blinking
lazily.
Radiokit leaped to his paws. "I, Radiostar," he began, frowning
slightly as he went on, "announce that... uh..."

"Announce that Magmakit becomes leader!" Magmakit pounced at
Radiokit.
Nightking shrugged. "If you want to do it, I'm fine with that."
