Ice cream strips [Dunno if this totally works]

Okay, so I was thinking during class yesterday and I figured out
a cool way to make ice cream into a finger food. It is like a
strip of bacon, but made of delicious ice cream!
You need:
A somewhat curved, thin, soft-serve ice cream chunk
A cutting board
A rolling pin
A butter knife
A freezer or a fridge
Your fingers!
What to do:
Put the chunk on the cutting board and use the rolling pin and
flatten it out. Use the butter knife to cut jagged edges and
make them smooth. Use your fingers to smoothen it out. Put it in
the fridge or the freezer for a day. Take it out, and you should
have a nice little finger food!
Note: I dunno if this totally works. It may have some problems.
Figure out the way you want to make it!

I'd recommend it on a flatter, soft-serve ice cream so you can
get it flat. You can also other things to flatten it down.

And not a huge chunk. One you'd scoop evenly and flatly out of
soft serve ice cream.
