I stand in support of Alharacas. She volunteers for a job and
then gets raked over the coals because she disagrees with the
administrator. Gryz, this matter was best debated and decided
privately, in my estimation. You stated below that this is not
the place to debate it. Yet that is precisely what you did.
I call on you to apologize to Alharacas on this forum for
disparaging her character.
I want Gryz back, Grizzly needs to go to charm school.

Yeah, yeah. I appreciate the joke but I'm not commenting on
Alharacas's character but on her moderation. And it's not
something she doesn't know but something she herself has
commented on, as she many times described herself as a
"non-moderator". And while this is fine most of the time, there
are situations when it's definitely not.
"This is precisely what I did" because I had to address Neal's
post so that you all don't jump on me for kicking poor Alharacas
out when she herself resigned in a rather definite manner. I
won't explain any further or give you details about my talk with
Alharacas and this is precisely my refraining from debating the
matter.
And BTW, you know you won't get any apologies from me, right? So
you just need to ignore my bad manners, hug me and move on,
people - hello! Aren't you listening to your own advise?
Besides, since you all love Alharacas, I can basically say just
anything about her and it should not touch her at all, right
Alharacas? LOL.

Thanks for the various/varied votes of confidence, everyone.
Also, thanks for your patience.
After somewhat prolonged negotiations, a few issues were
resolved - or at least, there is a resolution in sight. Sorry
about the upset.
Hopefully, we can go back to topics of more general interest,
before every single one of our new members has decided they'd
rather have nothing to do with this madhouse.
Please feel free to write a PM to me should you have any

Yeah, we kind of reached an agreement: Alharacas gets to keep
the second coolest job here but she has to ban Neal (for
practicing purposes). That's going to be tough but we'll get
through it together (I mean except for Neal, obviously).
