I hope she is not interviewing because she has not accepted your
resignation. I think you are a great moderator, and you
certainly have the respect of the rank and file.

What? No takers?
Let me spell out the difference between Admin/Grzybek and
Moderator/me for you:
The administrator (there's only one) is usually only responsible
for administrative tasks. That's setting up the site, layout,
seeing to it there are no bugs/viruses, password problems, that
kind of thing.
A moderator (on bigger sites, there are always several) on the
other hand is usually responsible for content. S/He's able to
edit posts (yes, other people's posts as well), remove/erase
posts, shift them around. On sites with really serious content,
like wordreference.com, the moderators will see to it that
there's no going off-topic, no personal remarks, and they'll
sometimes close a thread to stop endless squabbling.
The main difference is that a moderator is always dispensable,
not to say disposable, while here, the administrator is not. :)

Yeah. It's kind of like seeing your neighbor cough and
commenting: I've long suspected that John's dying. Seems
exaggerated to me.
Anyway, regarding the moderator, we'd need a cool-headed person
with good judgment and courage to take action when needed.
That's the ideal but since the market is small and the deadlines
are tight I'll take anyone with opposing thumbs. Except for
trolls (this is why I can't do the job).
