I said inner beauty too. You know I am in love with your mind.
Prose is your thing (remember, that’s how we met), so please,
make millions with your story. I will buy a copy.

Oh, that's what inner beauty means! I always wondered what
       non-surgeons mean by that.
(I'm no poet as you can see.)

Agatha Christie already wrote “The Crime of the Orient Express”.

@ Allie, wow! Nice one. But tell me the truth, who was in your
mind while you were penning down this poem? Na, was it Grzybek?
       ;D

Thanks, Sudeep. No one (that's the truth). I hardly ever about
people I know or real events, that's exactly what I find fun
       about writing stuff ;)

That was good Allie. But drop the „mendacious“. I`ve never heard
that word in my life and don`t know what it means. Pick a
different and better word and the whole poem will be great.
It starts out sounding like a Valentine`s card but ends up
sounding ......what, philosophical? It´s interesting I will say.
Carly Simon`s song „You`re so vain“ kept playing in my ear
       towards the end.

       These are my favorite songlyrics
       The Rose
       Westlife
       Die Rose
Einige sagen, es sei ein Fluss
Some say love it is a river
       Das ertrinkt das zarte Rohr
       That drowns the tender reed
Einige sagen, dass es ein Rasiermesser ist
Some say love it is a razor
       Das lässt deine Seele bluten
That leaves your soul to bleed
Einige sagen, dass es ein Hunger ist
Some say love it is a hunger
       Ein endloses schmerzendes Bedürfnis
       An endless aching need
Ich sage, Liebe, es ist eine Blume
I say love it is a flower
       Und du bist nur Samen
       And you it's only seed
Es ist das Herz, das Angst davor hat zu brechen
It's the heart afraid of breaking
       Das lernt nie zu tanzen
       That never learns to dance
Es ist der Traum, der Angst vor dem Aufwachen hat, der niemals
       die Chance nutzt
It's the dream afraid of waking that never takes the chance
Es ist derjenige, der nicht mitgenommen wird
It's the one who won't be taken
Wer kann nicht scheinen zu geben
       Who cannot seem to give
Und die Seele, die Angst vor dem Sterben hat, die nie zu leben
       lernt
And the soul afraid of dying that never learns to live
Wenn die Nacht zu einsam war
When the night has been too lonely
Und die Straße war zu lang
And the road has been too long
Und du denkst, dass Liebe nur ist
And you think that love is only
       Für die Glücklichen und Starken
For the lucky and the strong
Denken Sie einfach an den Winter weit unter den bitteren Schnee
Just remember in the winter far beneath the bitter snows
       Lies den Samen
       Lies the seed
Das mit der Liebe der Sonne
       That with the sun's love
       Im Frühjahr
       In the spring
       Wird die Rose
       Becomes the rose
