Make it right

Hello,
I stayed at the Hilton Hotel recently and liked the idea they
have.
It was the information at the Reception desk and in a room which
motivates guests to let them know if they were not satisfied by
the hotel
"If you are not satisfied with your stay at our hotel, let us
know. We will Make it right "
Though I like the idea, I think it should have been the contacts
of a guest relation manager at least ( or maybe the general
manager). What do you think?
I had a similar idea in a writing communication:
"Dear Guests, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If
you have any suggestions or complaints please send emails to our
General manager EMAIL Thank you for your help!
Also. Russians write a job position ( in case it's management)
with a capital letter. Could you tell me if it's the same in
English? ( General manager/General director )
Thank you

Gosh, Blonde, that’s a Phil question. But I`d do the caps
because it`s a formal title.
Sorry, but English has stupid rules that all all inconsistent.
German makes it easy by capitalizing every noun.

Thank you, SHL
What version do you like better or both sounds not good in your
opinion? Thanks

Blonde, they are both fine. There's just one little thing: you
wouldn't say "send emails", you'd say "send an email to..." or
"email ..." (used as a verb here).
The thing with the email is that to me, that sounds as if it's
no use telling the receptionist, as if you HAVE TO send an email
if you want to let people know. But maybe that's a personal
thing.
