Well, it sure won't be attractive to anyone if I removed my
shirt. I'd never take it off while on my computer anyway. That's

I don't think you understand Truman, alharacas is only talking
about this one board staying private (World Current Events).
There might be one or two other private boards on EGP, but in
general this site is already wide open to the public.

I think that one thing is beyond question: anything that was
started as a private thread has to stay private. We changed the
rules before (opened some sections that had been private) but
there was less content then (still, it wasn't the best thing to
do).
Regarding what Truman said: you can always ask me to move to the
Vault any thread you want to be private. The thing is that if it
has been crawled, then it has been crawled and there is a cached
version available in search engines. So it's kind of too late -
but it works as a restriction for some random lurkers.

What are the boards currently held private from guests, and how
many posts does someone have to have before they are granted
access?

Guests can only read, members can post.
Restrictions:

The Vault - only for members, and not for newbies => you have to
post 10 posts to gain access.
Italki - only for members, and not for newbies => you have to
post 10 posts to gain access.
