Is it available in your country?

Is it possible to buy buckwheat, millet, and semolina your
country? These cereals seem to me so Russian.
Buckwheat is very popular in Russia. I would say it's the third
popular side dish (besides potatoes and pasta) in many families,
especially if they have some financial issues. Wealthy Russians
or those who are really concerned about own health, prefer a
green buckwheat.
Though I usually prefer rather "complicated" food and as my
husband and friends say I can be a restaurant critic as I'm good
at describing food and beverages taste, I like buckwheat and
would miss it if I couldn't buy this cereal. Moreover, I
remember when I had some financial issues, I practically ate
only buckwheat and looked really healthy. It's useful.
Have you ever tried buckwheat?

Semolina seems "so Russian" to you? Ever heard of Pasta? Or
maybe you think pasta is so Russian too? :P

Yes, and this is why I asked. I've been to many countries and
never seen semolina in supermarkets. It was interesting for me
to visit some.
When I was a child, it was " the main" porridge in a
kindergarten.

Does your list of "many countries" that you have visited include
Italy? Or any of the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Hungary, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovenia,
Romania, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Sweden, Estonia,
Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Ukraine, Belarus, Israel,
United States, Iran, Palestine, India, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus?
Is Wikipedia available where you are?

Perhaps you want me to be killed by my Louboutin but ok, here is
my list:
Australia, the USA, the UK, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, the
Dominican Republic, Egypt, the Canary Islands, Spain, France,
Malta, Italy, Austria, Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic,
Slovakia, Bulgaria, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Holland,
Denmark and many of Post Russian Republics including Belorussia
and Ukraine which I consider belonging our culture including
cooking traditions.
