I don't think so, Nikola. There might be different factors
except for this one, maybe the various definitions of power. ;)
But I like the ones who act as your definition.

I think that people who find power really important and
constantly demonstrate it are those who were once outpowered by
someone else and ever since have seen life as a game where you
either win or lose. That's how they justify using power against
other people. I prefer to think of power as influence because
that can be a very quiet, civilised, positive power (unless you
have a bad influence on someone, which could be cool, too).
