Do you know WORD REFERENCE Forums for Language Learners?

I just signed in in a good website that has different forums in
differentlanguages where you can ask questions about grammar and
translation. I find it useful since my target language isn’t
       very popular here.
They are a bit stiff and you have to formulate your question in
a precise way. Just one topic for one question. At first sight I
was a bit surprised when I was scolded by one of the
administrators at my second post. But now I figured out the way
       and it is useful.
       Their multilingual dictionary is crap.
Does anybody of you use this website and use it? I mean those
who learn languages and may make a living out of it?

That would be the ultimate sign of success for this forum. If I
could make stupid rules, and then scold newcomers on their
second post. And people still come back!
Maybe one day, if I follow my dreams and work hard.

I almost runned away from WR. But then I persisted. I mostly
never give up if I see even a slight chance to succeed in
something. Now I find it interesting and stimulating to browse
through the different forums and change language. I felt a bit
lonely here since nobody is learning my target language.
I also got fed up of the alias and the complicated personality
(and procedure) I had created to post notebook entries on
       italki.
Unfortunately WR doesn’t have a notebook section and no trolling
of course. It is awfully serious. I wonder if Susan is there and
translators like Coligno and maybe Kseniia. I found though an
       old acquaintance.

I had seen word reference for looking up words but did not even
       know they have a forum.

The forums are great for asking and answering to language
related question, also in less popular languages than English or
       Spanish.
