The US - Saudi Arabia Relations SPLIT FROM: A personal conspirac

It’s just incredible how everybody has competences in valuating
the authenticity of this painting. I think you all missed your
true vocation. :o
So Sotheby’s agents are conmen or/and MBS is an ignorant,
uncultured fool. A pity that the “great American president”
loves him so much.
[/quote]
I didn't evaluate the painting. I repeated what I had read by
experts. I'm not an art expert, as you apparently are. You
should send Sotheby's your CV. Why is this so personal to you?
It doesn't matter to me one whit who painted it or when or why.
Hell, maybe a horse painted it. Who cares. Again, why is this so
important to you that you need to take a dig at other members
here. Our opinions on the matter are worth just as much as
yours. That is to say zero.
Bringing Trump into something totally unrelated. This is what we
call Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Jerry, I never pretended to have any competences in the field of
arts.
I might have TDS it is possible. But I am sincerely scared that
the current American president listens a bit too much to the
regime in Saudi Arabia. After all, we are more close to the
region than you Americans are geographically. And if there is a
real war against Iran (and Russia) and not only by proxy like it
was in Syria and currently in Yemen, one can be legitimately
scared.
And last but not least the Saudis are as much obsessed about
Iran as Israel, another big friend of your beloved president.
I know I am digressing from my original topic, but that is not
forbidden on EGP.

I know that you're young, under 30, I think. And that's okay.
What you don't know is that all Presidents of the U.S. have been
friendly with the Sauds. It's all about oil and the strategic
location of Saudi Arabia. What did you think of your man Obama
bowing and kissing the ring of the King of Saudi Arabia? No,
it's not a conspiracy theory. I saw it when it happened. It
caused outrage here that he would bow to the leader of another
country. Look it up, the picture is out there.
As far as Israel. THE U.S. is a longtime supporter of Israel.
The strength of support varies with administrations. For
example, Obama was virulently anti-Israel. Among other things he
did, he sent teams from the U.S. government to try to get Bibi
defeated.
How would a war affect neutral Switzerland?
And last but not least, the thing that I'm 'legitimately scared"
of is sending more young American soldiers to fight and die in
more wars for ungrateful Europeans. Make me president and I'll
pull out all US troops, since that's what they say they want,
and then sit back and watch total European war break out. Of
course we'd get blamed for the massacre. You really can't win
when you're the lone world superpower.

Whaaaaat…?
Anyway, if you can convince Mr. Trump to pull out American
troops from, oh, just about everywhere other than the US, I'll
be the first to cheer. So please be my guest. 8)

I think Nato served a valuable purpose, it is time to fold up
shop and bring the boys home. Russia is a toothless old bear --
European population more than doubles Russia and GNP is many
times Russia's. You wont see a Russian invasion of Europe.
I am all for reducing the US overseas empire. I thought that
was one of the things Trump was promising.

Jerry and Neal. Don’t forget that Trump says he needs to get to
the “oranges” of the Mueller investigation. That’s your man ;)
And, are those dentures falling out of his mouth when he said
“god blesch the United Schaetschs.” ;D
Or “I love Germany, my dad was born there, in a great little
town.....” (a bit West of course.. New York City in 1905 to be
exact).. ;D
Hey, I sure didn’t vote for him, so don’t blame me, Sofia and
Irena. Don’t count me among that gun-tootin crowd of cowboys.

Jerry, please enlighten me, will you? Which wars would that be?
Because I've been sitting here ruminating about that sentence of
yours for half the morning now, and for the life of me, I can't
think of a single one - except the World Wars, of course. I'm
not sure about WWI, but you'd hardly say "we" weren't grateful
to you for fighting WWII, would you?

A toothless bear? They are just supporting all the far right
wing parties in Europe concerning the next EU elections just to
throw around sh*i*t (I translated the French colorful expression
« semer la merde »). France’s Marine Le Pen just kisses Putin’s
feet.

@ Alharacas and Jerry the Italians were grateful to the Yankees
that liberated them during WW2 and acclaimed that shouting
“liberatori “.
Well italians love Americans, but Jerry doesn’t know.
