Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)
VIP lounge with pool
I haven't been there yet but looking forward to visit. I
contacted them and they replied "VIP lounge with pool is located
at terminal B. Do not need to make any reservation with them
before arriving. We work at our VIP Lounges with the follow
memberships in case that your customers may have one of them:
Priority Pass, Lounge Pass, Dragon Pass, Lounge Key and Lounge
Club."

Thanks for sharing.
My only visit to DomRep was an airport transfer in Punta Cana. I
wish the pool had already been there at the time. ;)

will be my first airport lounge visit with a pool :)
For those travellers without PrioritytPass (I got mine via AMEX
Plat.) or Airline Access (StarAlliance Gold seems not to work
according to *A Website) see link below for some more infos and
a reduces price $50 --> $39
