       Ukraine needs weapons to defend itself and the rest of Europe.
       We need anti-aircraft weapons and planes to protect civilians,
       because people are dying from Russian missiles and airstrikes. I
       want to emphasize that such weapons will not change the nature
       of the war: they will not allow the Ukrainian army to eliminate
       distant enemies, but will improve its firepower in close combat.
       The more Russian military units are destroyed, the more stable
       the peace we will get.
       It's simple, like during the war against the Third Reich.

       justifies its aggression with an ideology
       of ethno-nationalism. It is a real threat that we must confront.
       It is also important to know that many Ukrainian workers are
       enlisting in the army. We should arm them so they can return
       home alive and in turn empowered to continue the class struggle
       against the greedy oligarchs.

       Beyond the issue of weapons, what kind of solidarity do you
       think is required to ensure genuine peace for Ukraine? We call
       on everyone to put pressure on their governments to guarantee
       debt cancellation and to provide unconditional financial aid for
       the reconstruction of Ukraine, as part of a "New Marshall Plan".
       You can also help us by sending any kind of help (including
       first aid kits, bulletproof vests, helmets). But the most
       specific thing the left can do is fundamentally change the
       analysis of war in its organizations. They must not tolerate
       Putin's imperialism and must fully support the right of the
       Ukrainian people to self-determination.
