       Check Roadrunner email settings- Sometimes there might occur a
       glitch in the settings of your Roadrunner email settings and you
       can change your settings to fix the problems you are facing with
       your account.
       Check if “Spectrum Email down?”- You might face problems with

       check if the spectrum server is working properly or not.
