       Club Oven 'Please Read'

       Guys, sorry to use the fixtures page but I suspect it is the
       only one you all look at. Anyway I am the administrator so
       tough. You may be aware via the Esher Lion email news letters
       that the club is in desperate need of a new oven. The club has
       clearly spent a huge amount of money in the closed season.
       Everything they do benefits us. It is not a wealthy club,
       however they do somehow manage to provide brilliant club
       facilities and play rugby at a very good level right through to
       the expendables. None of us are poor people and if we all just
       gave a little it would make a huge difference. At the moment
       they are taking pledges. I am pledging £100.00p, even though I
       am a retired police pensioner.

       Think of all the people who give their time for free to make our
       social life great.
