Yes, still in Ottawa. Little munchkins are now full-grown; one
studying Poli-Sci at McGill, the other either on course to Rock
n Roll superstardom or mature student status. Sonny the wonder
dog finally shuffled off this mortal coil a couple of years ago.
Mary, inexplicably, still putting up with yr hmbl srvnt.
Used to hear occasionally from Bill H, but not in recent years.
Bump into Deter every now and again.
And you?

up until the demise of WX'ing deter was around and posting in
Sympatico Fights, other than him Dawn of September, smeee,
DDEss, and Joeee...all used to post at the cooler...my little
munchins are also grown, the older one (son) is a world
traveler/dreamer, who I hope will finally give in and go to
university this Sept. The younger one (daughter) is in grade 11,
and thank gawd, has a good head on her shoulders...:)
and, me...busy with work and life in general... ;D

I am hopeful that two things happen before tomorrow night:
1) The Kindly Old CoachR will have the boys' feet back on the
ground and ready to play, unlike the somnambulant first 30
minutes of Game 3; and,
2) Benoit Puliot is snacking on something tasty in the press box
and the lineup is shuffled to accommodate Jeff Halpern.
I'd also be tempted to put weber in ahead of Spacek, after the
latter's performance Tuesday night, but he, at least, brings
something to the table to offset his gaffes.

Absolutely Gerry. Spacek sucked the egg badly. His judgement was
horrible. At least 3-4 times he got caught pinching.

Don't watch the NHL a lot but one thing I know sudden death OT
in the Stanley Cup playoffs is as good as it gets!
