ok ur stats bad u need tea bags to open our clan skin Maccer.
You need ratio 1.5 + to be a member of ESA but no problem i am
adding u to trainee list of ESA and u can /ctag ESA[T] but make
sure u work on ur stats i give u 1 week to make ur ratio 1.20+
with tea bags and everything.
Make sure u read the ESA clan Rules in forums

That T means trainee. You can remove it by what ur asked above

If ur good player and have good reputation then u can also apply
for different ranks and positions in ESA. All ranks memntioned
in ESA joining application. Read all of it and u will know who
is the leader and who is Vice leader etc.
