Prayer
Items needed: Combat equipment with anti dragon shield. food.
Recommended: Overloads, pack yak.
You can kill blue dragons if you are higher level or hill giants
if you are lower.
Talk to granpa Jack at home:

Dungeon & Cave Teleports & Slayer.
Taverly dungeon.
Follow this route to get to blue dragons or hill giants:

Use the bones on altar at home to gain more prayer xp than
burying.

Alternative method is to kill General Graardor for ourg bones,
But i wouldnt recommend as it takes time to kill him.
Since the dungeoneering came out. You can kill fire giants
instead of hill giants for dung and pray xp.
Simple and easy.
