       RULES OF THE DARK SIDE

       Spamming
       Spamming is the act of constantly repeating the same message, or
       different messages within a quick span of time. If a member is
       caught spamming, or doing anything of the genre, there will be
       adequate action taken by a member of the staff team.
       Disobeying/[color=red]DISRESPECTING staff
       Failing to comply with the staff team or disobeying a member of
       staff will result in appropriate action taken by the member of
       staff, in accordance to the seriousness of the offense. The
       staff team is authority, and should not be disobeyed unless
       being unreasonable. If you feel that a moderator or
       administrator is being unreasonable or unfair, you may post a
       report on the forums. ANYONE WHO DISRESPECTS STAFF IN ANY WAY
       WILL BE JAILED AND MUTED, UNLESS THE STAFF MEMBER HAS SAID
       OTHERWISE.
       Racist slurs/flaming
       If a player or an administrator is caught saying anything
       related to racism, or is being racist, or seriously flaming
       another player or moderator, this will result in an immediate
       permanent ban from the server. This offense is NOT appealable
       under any circumstances. Be nice, or go home.
       Bug abuse
       Any member or member of staff caught abusing a known or uncommon
       bug will be subject to immediate account termination. To avoid
       having your account terminated for abusing a bug, please contact
       an administrator about the bug.
       Advertising
       A member or a member of the staff team may not advertise any
       other RuneScape private server in-game or on forums. Advertising
       another private server will not be tolerated. The member who has
       breached this rule will have a temporary forty eight hour mute
       (no exceptions).
       Instigating others to break rules
       Forcing, or peer pressuring another member to break a rule, or
       encouraging another member to break a rule is against our
       policy. If you are caught encouraging another member to break a
       rule, you will be subject to an immediate twenty four hour mute
       (without exceptions).
       Scamming/Hacking
       Scamming is considered stealing, and will not be tolerated on
       The Dark Side. Scamming a player will result in an immediate
       permanent ban (no exceptions). When reporting a scammer, you
       must have legitimate proof, as well as solid evidence. Failure
       to comply with these guidelines will result in an automatic deny
       of your report.
       Macroing
       A member MAY NOT use any form of macro (includes auto-clickers)
       to gain an advantage over another player. Members who are caught
       macroing, will result in a twenty four hour ban. Redundant
       macroing will be dealt with accordingly by members of staff.
       Events
       ALL VETERAN PLAYERS CAN DO EVENTS.
       Friends Chat
       Note; only owners may advertise "help" friend chats, links, and
       other content related to the game only. If a player is promoting
       another RSPS, they will be muted for up to 48 hours.
       Safe spotting
       No member shall be found 'safe spotting' any monster, any boss
       whatsoever. If a member is caught 'safe spotting' a monster or a
       boss, they will be subject to a 24-hour jail as a first
       occurring offense. If the same member is caught yet again doing
       so, they will be subject to account termination for twelve
       hours. Further offenses committed after the ban will be
       determined by any member of staff.
       APPEALING.
       If you think you have been the victim of Injustice, there will
       be a thread on the forums where you may navigate yourself too
       and appeal against your ban/mute/jail.[/color]
