Items needed: Combat equipment, food.
Recommended: The best equipment you can use, overloads, prayer
renewals, the best boosting prayer you can use.
Talk to teleports at home and go to Daemonheim.
ADDING PIC LATER
Run south and then east for fire giants.
They drop 15 tokens and give 150k dungeoneering exparience each
kill.

1-99/120. Fire giants.
Simple and easy.
99 cape.
