       Dom weapons issue.

       So today i was at corp with juuso and since i am always at 5 fps
       unless at home, i died... Here's where the issue lies, my
       dominion cross-bow that took 3 days to get disappeared and did
       not drop any cash so all that time spent getting the bow is
       wasted. if the weapons can't be replaced i think they should
       atleast drop a decent amount of cash to compensate for having to
       waste so much time to get that weapon back.
